Why two locks instead of one?
Single-lock poles can creep shorter when you lean on them on a steep descent. The Power Trek Lock pairs a flip lock with a push-button lock, so once you set your height it stays there. The cork grip moulds to your hand and the padded wrist strap takes weight off your grip on long days.

Pole heights are estimates using the common guide of about 0.68 × your height. The poles adjust anywhere from 27" to 55": go a little longer for steep descents and a little shorter for climbs.

How bright is the light and how long does it last?
The built-in LED is rated up to 160 lumens and runs 10–12 hours per charge.
Can it charge my phone?
Yes. The built-in 5200mAh power bank has a 5V/1A USB output for a phone, GPS or headlamp.
Does it have a stun gun?
No. The stun gun is only on the SmartstickX Self Defense Stick. The Power Trek Lock is a lit, powered trekking pole.
How do the locks work?
Open the flip lock, slide the pole to your height, press the push-button into place and close the flip lock. Check both are engaged before you lean on it.
Is it waterproof?
Keep the USB port closed and dry. Avoid submerging the pole.
How fast does it ship?
