This water bottle is great depending on what you are looking for. It doesn't fold up quite as neatly as it does in the pictures, and the lid is so narrow that it would be tedious to put ice in it. I do like that it has a straw, and it does collapse to be pretty small (if a bit messy), so it really depends on what you need from it.

This water bottle is great for traveling and is compact. I only suggest water for this because it’s not that easy to clean.

I think this is a very good water bottle. It holds a very good amount of water, but keep in mind that it is not insulated at all, so even if you put ice in it, you can count on the water getting very warm in hot weather. So, this is not a bottle that you take to a theme park all day. It could work well on a short hike though. I purchased it for use on an airplane and it works very well for that application. You can bring it through airport security and then fill it up at the gate for your flight. I like that it has a straw, but be careful not to squeeze the bottle while you are using it. It is best to hold it from the lid. I think all collapsible bottles will have this issue though. Overall, I think this is a good collapsible water bottle and worth the investment if you need something like this.
